I stepped into trauma-informed coaching not because it sounded meaningful — but because I understand, personally and professionally, how deeply lived experiences shape the nervous system, relationships, and identity.
I know what it feels like to carry strength and responsibility while quietly navigating anxiety, relational wounds, or patterns that no longer feel aligned. I also know that those patterns developed for a reason.
Rooted Resilience was built on the belief that your responses make sense in the context of what you’ve lived. My role is not to fix or change who you are — it’s to help you understand your nervous system, gently untangle survival patterns, and build new ways of relating that feel grounded, steady, and safe.
